Association/Board Management Services

Administrative Office
PTC provides a headquarters office that offers personal service to your professionals and test candidates.  Staff coverage includes responses to verbal, written, and electronic inquiries. Your mailing address, phone numbers and emails are consistent year after year.  A headquarters office also provides record maintenance of your important corporate documents.
Database Management
PTC can use your existing database or design one with customized features to meet your record keeping needs.  We will update existing information and add new entries as your professionals pass the certification examination. 
Financial Management
PTC can establish and maintain your organization’s bank account and financial records, including invoicing and fee collection for annual dues and recertification.  We provide monthly financial reports and can assist you on budgeting and financial planning. 
Meeting Planning
PTC can plan your board meetings and book your trade show conferences.  We will handle the hotel contract negotiations, make all hotel arrangements, and print and mail board packets prior to the meeting.  We can also help you to develop promotional brochures, design your tradeshow booth, and guarantee on time delivery to show sites.
PTC has in-house graphics design, artwork, printing, mailing, and distribution capabilities, which enable us to provide maximum services in minimal time.  Our clients have used these services for newsletters, brochures and handbooks as well as promotional materials.
